Account Code Feature short code

Does any one know of a way of entering an account code from a POTS telephone via short code or have a work around work around?

In this case we want to account for Fax calls so using Phone Manager or 2030/50 is not practical.

Or is this a new feature request

Currently, there is no way to enter "account codes" from an analogue (POTs) phone on the IP Office.

We have asked for this functionality to be added - but we have not been given any indication of whether it is being considered or timescales.

Perhaps you could add weight to the cause by asking your supplier to pass on your request to Avaya.
