On the IPS 2000 - Command 1205 - Allow the accommodation of Single Line Telephone to Dterm multiline. However it never rings the phone! How can I get it to ring the multi line and analog at the same time? For example, can I have an analog cordless phone which I would like to ring my dterm too. I have 1205 and 1308 programmed correctly.

Yes you can have it ring both. You can even make the analogue the prime on the Dterm so that it seems they are one and the same. Check the key assignment in CMD 9001 it should be 1. Also worth checking is 9003 which should also be 1.

From what you say about 1308 though I'm wondering which phone isn't ringing? If the analogue isn't ringing you either have a fault or the wrong PSU (I'm sure I read that somewhere).

I figured this one out. 3 things: (a.) The user had DND on the analog station and (b.) had the ext call forwarded all to another station and (c.) had direct appearance of the trunk to the station. Go figure... It was not easy to trouble shoot this and I thought I was missing something. Everything is fine now.
