Accidentally replaced source files. Any way to recover?

Hello,

I've got some source files which I have overwritten with an older version. I chose "Replace" when warned, just wasn't thinking. Is there anyway to recover from files on my local machine? The files have been overwritten with old versions. Any advice?
Also, I have the compiled DLLS. Is it possible to reverse engineer back to the classes etc? Thanks
