Accidentally denied access to everyone (me too)on a drive

OK, I just made a HUGE mistake and apparently denied access to a drive for EVERYONE. Now I can't get access to the folder even though i'm the admin. It's very important I do not lose this folder. It's on a Windows 2K server, any suggestions?

Log in as Administrator, right click on the folder in question and go to the OWNER tab, take ownership of folder and contents. Then you can restore your share and file security settings more carefully.
