Accidentally deleted stimon.exe

I do not have windows disk, is there any way I can restore stimon.eve without the disk? I cant get my scanner to work without this file. Please help! =)

Download a Stimon.exe fix at this site:

Navigate halfway down page and click on Quick Overview for download.

make sure you have not unchecked the stimon.exe in your start up . Start...run...msconfig..startup and look for the stimon box and make sure it has a tick in it.Good luck!
