Background info: My daughter's computer has Windows 2000 Professional. When she wanted to load a new game, it required her to log on as Administrator (which she is not old enough to spell). I wanted to change her rights to administrator so she can install her own kindergarten games. I did it wrong and now we cannot log in. I changed "Administrator" to "Katelyn" and everything disappeared except "Guest". Knowing I messed this up, I UNchecked the box that said "required to log in with password" or something like that hoping when I rebooted that it would bypass the login screen but it didn't.

Problem: When we boot up, we get the login screen that says Username: Guest. We do not have a password for Guest. When I change it to Administrator, the old password doesn't work. What can I do to get her back on her computer? Thanks so much!

If you changed Administrator to Katelyn, then you should be able to log in with user Katelyn, password as it was for Administrator.
