accidental partition in usb flash drive

I accidentaly changed the partition on my flash drive... Is there any freeware that I could use to retrieve the data in my flash drive...

the drive is acknowledged by windows explorer but when I try to access it... win explorer just shifts back to "My Documents" folder... any way I could reformat the flash drive. I tried the command line format but it asks me to "insert disk
 
Buy easy recovery, or borrow, or whatever, from ontrack...its the best I have ever used....although data recovery (without a lab) is a GAMBLE to put it lightly.
