In an attempt to have one company line be auto attendant and go directly to a designated line I somehow directed all incoming calls to that line. Now, I am not able to access voicemail, which means I can't access administrator codes(fea64) without it ringing to specified line for auto attendant.

Can someone help me? Please?

Thanks.

this is a dificult one to guess without seeing the cfg.
I would suggest restoring the system from a backup cfg if you have 1

All I can think is "huh???". I'm not a phone person. I have no idea. I read the manual several times. I have a Starplus DHS...and its like its written in Greek to me. At this point I can get into the system by punching in Fea*# but it doesn't have anything for aa. At this point I would just like to shut it off. We do not have any back-up.

This is my worst nightmare realized. Thanks for the suggestion though. I'll just have to keep plugging away at it...

huh" and double "huh"... are we talking about an Avaya IP Office telephone system here?

No its a Vodavi Starplus DHS with Dispatch Voicemail.

I really need help.

Ok, no wonder there is confusion. Thanks for the help, I have no posted my question in the *correct* forum.

What a day I am having...
