Accident in Disk Manager - Marked Partitions as "Active"

I made a mistake in Disk Manager and accidentally marked the partition on my D: drive as active while going to format the external back-up device on my colo'ed server.

I havent rebooted since doing this, not sure if there will be any issues involved in this. I dont think this will cause any problems but im hoping for some reassurance.
