Accident deleting Opening Greeting Transaction Box

While setting up one of my customer voicemail ""VMP 4 ports", I accidently deleted the Opening Greeting in the Directory Transaction. Does anyway I can recreate the Opening Greeting Box? Or I have to send the Vmail card back to the manufacture to default the whole OS software? Any quick reponse will be very appreciated.

Just add the transaction box back in. You can make any box the opening greeting by changing the open greeting line ID in easy made application screen 2.
