Accident deleting Opening Greeting Transaction Box

While setting up one of my customer voicemail, I accidently deleted the Opening Greeting in the Directory Transaction. Does anyway I can recreate the Opening Greeting Box? Or I have to send the Vmail card back to the manufacture to default the whole OS software? Any quick reponse will be very appreciated.
