Accessories menu in Win 98

Try Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs>Windows Setup Tab.....Accessories...click details
whatever's unchecked isn't installed...if it's greyish, only "some" components are installed.....click details
it leads me to think that the "whole" Accessories Box itself was unchecked....
if it wasn't....then your issue is likely somewhere else, like in TweakUI
