Our firewall was down during a call recording, so IPECS couldn't email the recording out as it normally does, and instead it is currently sitting in the user's mailbox.
Is there any way I can get this voicemail out as an email now? I have Phontage installed on a PC, but can't seem to find a way to access that other user's mailbox to retrieve it, and can't find any options in the admin utility that allow me to forward an existing voicemail.
