Accessing VM

How do I access voicemail from the pbx? I used to be able to type ax 8 and it would bring me into meridian mail?

Hi, we access ours through Hyper Terminal and type just ax to access voicemail

ax 8 would work if your using multi ax ports, ax works if your using just the single ax port. if it don't work any more either call the vendor or reboot
