accessing two SNMP agents using snmpc

Using some SNMP clients one can't access SNMP agents
on two different ports on the same box. In that case they have to use two clients if they want to access two SNMP agents.
We are using SNMPc from Castle Rock.Does anyone know if SNMPc have this same limitation? Any quick reply will be appreciated.
