Accessing .tsr files (object repository) in QTP 9

I am new in QTP and i am facing problem in accessing the object repository Dynamically.
Please help me in -

1] How to load a .tsr file (object repository) in QTP 9 thru QTP code or VBS ?
and / or
2] How to create shared object repository and use it at run time?
