Accessing TSM tables from outside TSM

Has anybody created a Visual Basic program, or any other, that can insert info into a Tivoli TSM table, without using the DSMADMC.exe? I'm trying to create a button, in another application, that will allow my analysts to add nodes to the associations table without having to go into the webpage, or the command line.
