Accessing the Browser back button from within a document

We view all of our documents on the web using Internet Explorer. I want to add a button to each of our documents that allows the user to go back one browser page.

I have read the acrobat help documentation Javascript and regular, and cannot figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.
