Accessing tables from startup page 1

I'm trying to troubleshoot a problem with a pretty simple 3rd party program that uses an Access database for data storage and reporting. When the program starts, the startup page comes up as expected. Reports run OK. However, there is a problem with one of the data input screens.

The vendor says it is a problem on our end. How can I get to the various tables, forms, reports, etc. to try and figure out what is wrong?

I believe I have to "close" the startup page somehow to access the tables, etc.

Holding down the 'Shift' key when you open up the Access mdb should stop the startup page from running.
