CM/SMgr 6.1: I am trying to access System Manager from (latest version of) Chrome using the IP address of the server and I get the error, "Server has a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman public key." Accessing CM is not a problem in Chrome, only SMgr.

Any idea what's going on with the web server in SMgr that disallows access to it from Chrome?

Chrome and Firefox updated their security settings. As a result, several Avaya systems are considered security threats.

Try using IE

In Firefox, you can go to about:config and change the security settings and search for security.ssl3.dh3_rsa_aes. You should find two entries security.ssl3.dh3_rsa_aes_128_sha and security.ssl3.dh3_rsa_aes_256_sha. Double click these to change their values to false.

This disables the security checks so be aware.

The real fix is to upgrade, but this workaround will get you through.

this sposedly starts chrome in a mode that permits that legacy stuff:

C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application>chrome --cipher-suite-blacklist=0x0088,0x0087,0x0039,0x0038,0x0044,0x0045,0x0066,0x0032,0x0033,0x0016,0x0013

Well, that stinks. We are looking at an upgrade. Thanks for the reply.
