Accessing system features from ATA or analog connect?

I have a MICS and have a couple of analog connections going to another voice switching system. I need to be able to pickup incoming calls at another extension from this analog station. All I can find is reference to using feature 76. What are the dtmf codes or dialing sequences for using system features. This system integrates the analog connection into some more digital interfaces. Basically I have a keypad on a touch screen and no physical hook/flash.

I guess what I really need is to know if a flash can be generated using key sequence. Like ** Or ## or the like.

The only way I've figured out to get a flash is to switch to pulse dialing mode, dial a 1, and switch back to tone... crude but effective.
