Accessing SNMP data from Excel 2002

Hi Guys, I am probably in 5000 feet over my head here but.... I need to pull data from an email tracking program using SNMP. I have no idea where to start, how to connect into the data source or pull the necessary fields back. Can anyone give me a steer in the right direction or point me to any faq's etc that may help.
