Accessing SAP from a Siebel application

Hello,

I have a business requirement to have an end user who is working with customer information in Siebel to be able to automatically link to that same customer in SAP. This end user is in a call center so minimum rekeying is mandatory requirement. Has anyone seen something like this done - maybe not between Siebel and SAP but something else and SAP?
