Accessing resources between two buildings

The network is setup as follows:

1. Two buildings each with their own broadband connection with static IP using FVS318 Netgear Routers.

2. All PC's running XP Pro

3. Both buildings are connected together via a fiber line.

Question: How to setup networks to see eachother's PC's in the different buildings and share resources. Specifically QuickBooks Pro.
