accessing public folder gives an error c1030af2

by adding the second exchange 2000 server, i get a error message c1030afe when accessing public folders.
i think the problem comes from ifs M drive. both the servers point to M:

is there a soln to configure in a different way.

yes,
i used the microsoft utility lockd which opens the dynamic web access. Search for the utility lockd or lockdown and how to use it on microsoft site.
select only the minimum options when you use the utility
