All the years working on these systems I never accessed a partner through the card. I have an old one 11/2 hrs from me having problems. Trying to save myself multiple trips.
You can try - the modem is Ext. 76, you have to put a password into #730. The password is input like a name into an extension, press the key containing the letter and then the position of the letter on the key. Depending on how you intend to get connected, you may have to put Ext. 76 into Hunt Group 776
Do you have the software?? And if you do, does it still run? Most of the old Partner software I use is on an old XP machine since I couldn't get it to run on Win7.

You might also find that the modems won't talk to each other since so many lines are now SIP or FIOS. If they're still regular copper analog you should be OK.
