Accessing Other database through Web

Hi guys,

I need to do dblookup for names and supervisor names.They are existing in other database.Through notes it works but from web it gives an error.

Is there any way i can make it work.Any ideas appreciated.

Is the lookup db on the same server ? Does it allow anonymous access, or is the user authenticated in the primary db ?
