accessing network username

How would I access a network username with VBScript? I know it's possible through WSH but what about VBS? What I want to do is access that from the main page of our intranet and then use that username for applications within the intranet.

If this is for a VBS/ASP page this would work <b>x=Server(&quot;Remote_User&quot</b> This requires the user to authenicate using NT Chalenge/Response method. Annonymous access to website will yield no results even though the user is authenticated to the same NT domain the Web server is a part of.<br><br>-greg
