Accessing network shares problem

New SBS 2008 Setup
New Clients - All Vista Business (5)

I am having problems accessing network shares from the clients..
I can map a drive/open and see files.
But when I try and open the mapped drive I get a
Unable to reconnect Drive already in use

This did not happen straight away - Ok for first day or two but over last 2 days it has promulgated through each user, probably as they copied data to their user share.

Now although you can browse to shares and see what is in them - you can save to the share throught a program but if you go into the share and say try to create a new folder you get a message like

\\sbsserver\user share\*** does not exist do you want to create it - if you answer yes nothing happens - prompt just reappears.

Can access shares from server OK.

Net use shows drives disconnected on clients.

Google mentions possible licensing issue.
SBS 2008 comes with standard 5 cals and have activated so presume enough but not sure where to check this out.

Any assistance gratefully appreciated
Jack

How many users do you have?

Have you loaded the Client Side Extensions in Vista?

I hope you find this post helpful.

Mark
