Accessing multiple db reports from CE/ePortfolio-CE8

I've always accessed only my Remedy database with CR from CE but now I want to run a report that hits an Access database. I have the same ID/password setup in Access, CE, and the ODBC data source but the Viewer still rejects the ID/password. The Access database is on the same server and I can run the report just fine if I run CR directly from my workstation. No error messages appear so I'm at a loss as to what the problem might be. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hi,
Be sure the account that the Pageserver, and maybe the Jobserver (if scheduling), is running under has permission to access the Access database directory.

This may be related to how you've pathed to the Access database, use the UNC not the drive mappings.
