Noticed recently (not sure how long) I always get a page unavalaible when using a link to knowledgebase article from firefox. Does anyone know if this is deliberate policy by MS, or am I alone in this! Previously, would get the occasional problem, but most articles would display in firefox.

Works OK here. Does it only happen with a link from another site? Can you navigate the KB directly or does that fail also?

bookmarks in firefox fail. Interesting - I was going to say if I search for the article from the failed page, I get a list to select from, then fails when I select from the list (it did when I posted originally). However, now although initial link fails, putting kb number in the search criteria then selecting from list is now working! Oh well - can always use Ie when it doesn't - was just curious if anyone else getting my original problem.

Yes...When you access MS-KB using old FF (I think it's IE specific only), it gives problems with rendering, scroll button. Try to update to new FF version, the problems may get solved.

Sharing the best from my side...

Prashant - I'm using latest Firefox (assume that's what you mean by FF) - I was wondering in fact if problem has been introduced in recent release, as I never used to get it.
