Accessing Live BCMS Data on CM3

If I don't have access to the command line and my screen scrape returns garbage for the ACD stats, is there any other way that I can access the BCMS data for the live stats. I am writing an application to combine the current and historical figure to display a cumulative calls figure. is the ACD data stored in a database that I can access through a data connector via VB or am I royally stuffed

Any help appreciated
