I have a similar problem to the archived post thread820-906422. I have created several forms using Infopath, and would like users to go to a single form library called Business Forms, select a form, fill it out and print it or email it.

Posting each Infopath file creates a new form libary, which will clutter my web page. Posting each different form to a single libary creates a problem because each time overwrites the form library's active template.

Could someone explain how to get this feature working so that the different forms can be accessed from one Form Library?

When publishing the form just publish it as a file in a document libary not a sharepoint form in a form libary.

When frustrated remember, in the computer world there is almost always a backdoor.

So does this mean that I just upload it to a document library rather than publishing it?

I clicked on Publish and it gives me 3 options when it asks where I want to publish the form:
1. To a shared folder on the computer or on a network
2. To a Sharepoint form library
3. To a Web server.

Which one is the right one?

Place the for on a shared folder on the network

then browse to the document libary to want to store them in

IE
Libary web address

Network Share address
\\sharepointsite\libary

Thanks, Beowulf, that did it! :)
