Accessing Default Parameter value and description from VB.net

Any know how to access the default parameter values and description of CR 9 report from VB.net?

I have actually managed via the ReportDocument properties to reach the point where I know how many parameters a report has, the name and prompt text but the object model does not seem to offer me the ability to get to the deafult values and description of each valueed that was specified when the report was designed.
