Hi Everyone,

I would appreciate some help regarding accessing data from a list box.

I have a form, View Accounting Codes, which displays an advisor's first name, last name and acccounting code. The first and last names are stored separately but concatenated when displayed in the list.

I have a separate form, Marketing Initiatives, with a subform called Accounting. The Accounting subform has text fields to hold the first, last name and accounting code. I have set it up so that when you click on the accounting code field, the View Accounting Codes form is displayed once the user enters the advisor's name. I would like to have the first, last name and acounting code to be updated in the Accounting subform when the user clicks on the appropriate account from the View Accounting Codes form.

Thank you in advance.

Tess
