We have a user here who when they try to click on a contact is shows an account page with 3 tabs (basic, protocol and advance). It doest show the contact information. We tried to enter the users ID and password on the basics tab but that did nothing. Any suggestions as to why we cant access their contacts?

Accessing contacts in LNotes 7.0.2??

Check the document content using the Properties box. On the second tab from the left, you have a list of fields and their content.
If there is content in those Contact documents, it will show up in the Properties box. If it does, then the users personal NAB db is either corrupt and/or in need of a Design Refresh (File/Database/Refresh Design, choose the local system and validate).
