Accessing Clearcase documents from LiveLink

Hello,
I have a system based on Clearcase to manage documents and another system based on LiveLink. My problem is to access clearcase docs from LiveLink without copying them. So I have to use URL links, but I'd like an automated solution to group all the linked files in an XML file and to make them available to Livelink user. Any suggestions?
