Accessing CallPilot thru PSTN

Hi

An issue with CallPilot, when we dial our auto-attendant number and then dial our CP CDN we get the message "that number can not be reached through this service" But when we dial the CP CDN on one of our sets we can access it.

Where should we be looking to fix this problem?

Is it when you reach your attendant and you are trying to dial the CP DN? If it is, then check the permissions/restriction list of the attendant voice mail box.

If not, possibly you need to add the CP DN in your SDN (service directory Number) table.

Thanks it did the trick, we are running both CP and MM until the migration this weekend.
