Accessing Call Pilot Directory

OK. I feel dumb for asking, but it's been a l-o-n-g day.

How can callers access the company directory ? Can it be accessed through a menu or CCR? (press 1 for company directory)

To access the dial by name directory press #

You can have a CCR menu option if you desire, but must manually record names and their extension numbers. The # option to reach the directory gets you list generated when users initialize their mailboxes..
