Accessing BCM50 Voicemail 3

I'm trying to access the call pilot, I can't do it via telephone (feature 983) How do I get there please?

F983 is correct

For userid and password - refer the first time installer guide (default username passwords setnna config)

Is it easier to access the BCM voicemail via laptop, if so is there any software involved?

it depends on what your used to really, you can access the callpilot thru the bcm ip/em...

How do I access the callpilot thru the ip/em?

To access it directly from IE type: http:\\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\callpilotmanager
It will then prompt you for username and password of your bcm.
