Accessing BCM Remotely

I am just starting to work with BCM and I have the
phone number and Password to access it but I don't
know the procedure to getting in it. I would appreciate
any help.

You need to establish a dial up connection- When you hit the switch, begin your browser session and off you go..

YOU MAY WANT TO GO ON SITE AND DOWNLOAD THE JAVA FILE, IF YOU DON'T IT WILL TAKE FOREVER TO GET IN THE THING
