Accessing BCM 200 to program from set 2

Have a BCM 560 that I am just learning on.

No problem programming from the Manager software.

Have put in all the mailboxes in call pilot, now how do I access the phone to record greetings for the AA.

When I go to a T7316E and press feature 983 I get feature inactive.

Is there a way to activate in the BCM Manager?

Thought I should add that I did a Feature 9*1 and reviewed the codes...didn`t see the F983 there

Any ideas on how to invoke it

Feature 983 only works on bcm 200/400 4.0.

Should watch my typing...it is a BCM 200

Managed to go to Company greeting and call an extension and make a voice recording.

Still would like to know the config config replacement from the MICS...doesn't work on the BCM

BCM 200 is 3.7

You can only access the call pilot thru the Unified Manager on the 200/400 BCM 3.7 or lower.
The BCM 50's the 200/400 4.0 and the 450 you can go thru the Tel-set to acces just like the Norstar.
