Dear Friends,
We are facing issues in using Avaya IPO 500 V2R11 central directory from SIP extension programmed in Manual Set UP.
The Phone J139 / J179
how to effect it?

Does the phone show the "Features" softkey bottom-right of the screen?

When was the system upgraded to R11?

Is the system using 46xxsettings.txt file you added or is it autogenerating the file?

Is the issue not seeing the directory or not being able to dial from it?

Are the phones local or remote?

If you want help you do have to tell people a bit more than its broke/don't work.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
