Accessing audix through ASA

Hi,
I recently upgraded a customer from a CM 5.0 to 6.0, one of the things they did with the 5.0 CM was access their audix mailboxes through ASA. I have never done this, I have always used the webpage to access mailboxes. The customer is saying that this is too slow and that they could manage multiple mailboxes using ASA.
I found some instructions on the forums on setting up a new messaging system in ASA, but I can't seem to do much with it.

Can anyone help me setup ASA to do mailbox management as it was with the 5.0 CM?

What voicemail? AAM or CMM?

It's CMM currently, no idea what they had before, as the S8300 refused to come on after it was last powered off.
What information would be helpful to figure this out?
