accessing & testing 1232 KxT D1232 internal modem

I used to be able to accesses the internal modem by dialing Ext 169 and could dial into the system & progam it.
But for some reason the number now gives " not valid" when dialed from a digital phone I have checked 199 & 299 & get the same result. Is there any way I can test the internal modem on the system. Command 813 gives the number as 169.

Hi Cwc3 You were right in that the modem was locked out
I just had the power turned off and it all came right.
I must have been asleep as I had not done that.
A system reset fixes a multitude of prodlems.
