I'm wanting to convert a series of graphs based on a selection of 'YTD' figures to something like 'Last Full 12 Months' or 'Last 365 Days' - because come 01/01/01 I'm only seeing one months data instead of the last 12 months!

Am I able to cut, paste and edit the syntax from a standard Crystal Info function (like 'Last7Days') and edit it so it calculates Last365Days and use that in my selection formula? If so how do I do it?

This is the easiest way I can see to convert these reports/ charts to a rolling 12 months without re-writing them all.

As far as I know, there is no way to modify the date range function list or the code behind them.

You can usually do the equivalent in a formula.

You can also write UFL files (function dlls) and add them to the Crystal list, but (IMHO) this seems like overkill for what you are trying to do. Ken Hamady
