Accessing Addin from Command Button

I would appreciate help to access an Addin from a command button on a form rather than through tools/Addins.<br>

OK. I have a report manager.mda that is installed as an addin. I would prefer users to access this mda by simply clicking eg. a command button rather than using tools/addins everytime they want to produce a report.<br>
