Accessing ACT! Contacts on PDA/phone? 1

I'm a newbie when it comes to ACT! and accessing it remotely. What are my options if I want to be able to view my ACT! contacts when on the road?

I don't have a PDA yet, but I'm looking to get one... whatever works best w/ACT, of course.

Since I'm starting from scratch, what are people's recommendations? And just *how much* information from my ACT! database can I get onto my PDA?
