You should go to Chooser and select Appleshare and the server should come up in the window on the right! if it does not then a couple of things to check:
1. Make sure that the server also has Appletalk running on it.
2. Make sure that Appletalk is using the Ethernet port to connect to the network. If you can't fix it in 20 minutes call someone who can.
