Accessing a Report Item in Outlook

Hi all:

I'm trying to access report items in Outlook 2000. This occurs when an e-mail is returned. It goes to the inbox, but is not a Mail Item and you cannot read the body, to, or several other properties.

The report item is very restricted.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
